Moisheh I saw not one error in your report. Andele!
You have to keep in mind however that there is enormous pressure on websites that promote tourism in Mexico. Tour and campground owners do not want to see any obstacle appearing to thwart a fuller campground or completing the size of the convoy.
They have a dog in the fight.
It is now universally accepted when you see an extraneous gasolinera you will find extraneous fuel. Some weird branded gasolineras are actually independent Pemex dispensers. Foreign investors put their foot down and flatly refused to sell Mexican refined fuel and to be responsible for representing Pemex quality issues. Apparently the slap in the face occurred last summer. Mexico then realized it's goal was to reduce overtaxing it's refineries and relented.
However which way it is done I will rejoice when Mexican refineries are able to satisfy 90% of its domestic market with top tier grade fuel.
Baja California north state. All fuel comes from USA or Japanese refineries. Fuel to extraneous stations include all extraneous additive packages. Signs on dispensers announce additive packages an extra sign on the fuel post screams CON TECHRON! at Chevron stations.
A fuel pipeline connects Guaymas with Cd Juarez. There is a tank farm in the south side of Guaymas that distributes fuel and fuel oil to the large generating plant there. A tanker regularly visits to bring the CFE plant fuel oil from the Salina Cruz refinacion. Then returns to Salina Cruz bearing US refined Pemex Premium red pump fuel. So at least some of the fuel in Guaymas is pumped from El Paso. Availability of ULSD is not known to me. Are there extraneous gasolineras in Guaymas to date? Mazatlan? Manzanillo? Acapulco? How about Queretaro? Puebla? Villa Hermosa? Cancun? No extraneous gasolineras yet in Lazaro Cardenas.
