Mountain roads from Oregon to Reno
Does anyone have any information on what is the best road to take to avoid high mountain passes.

Pretty general, but here goes. I would leave Oregon on 101 south, then take 199, I-5, 89, 44, 36, and 395. A few summits involved, but not too many "high mountain passes".
