Mt rushmore, devils tower wy, needles hwy,....?

I visited the area in mid-June and the weather was perfect, maybe a little on the warm side for a day or two.

If your a history buff one week in the area is not enough. So much to see and visit. There are a couple of campgrounds on the road from Rapid City to Mount Rushmore. My advise, pick one, leave the RV in one spot and sight see from a car. Not only are some of the roads a challenge but in many of the places you might want to visit finding parking for an RV could be a problem.
