My neighbor owns this:....Hotel La Barca Oaxaca Mexico Pacific Coast Beach
He told me that the powerful ones, and Mexico consequently, do NOT go out of their way to improve things for RV tourists because they devote their efforts towards promoting the bigger group, who fly into the big airports, and who spend much more money per-person that the RVers.
If this is true, it sure explains to me why it's so near-impossible to deal with getting your truck stolen.
