natchez trace highway
Looking at traveling the Natchez Trace highway from New Orleans to Nashville..... Any thoughts about this road good or bad??? Places to camp or see ??? Thanks

We loved driving the parkway with our 5th wheel despite the slower speed limits. We also agree that the Meriwether Lewis cg is nicely shaded and historically very interesting. And, if you haven't been there before, be sure to get a few miles off the parkway to visit the Shiloh National Battlefield. It is well-worth a day's stay in that area.
