First let me apologize for my late reply...issues. You have all provided me with much valuable info and food for thought, and I will also be responding to each of your posts individually as well. I am always telling my non-RVing friends about the wonderful folks on RV Net and you have not let me down. I had not looked at a map before spitballing the plan, so the info about the east to west and back to east circuitous route caught me by surprise. So much that we will ditch GNP and LBH for another time. Also weather is a concern, thanks to fanrgs for the reminder. We will rework the plan so as to hit RMNP 1st followed by YGT and then perhaps head over to Devils Tower as we go back east or maybe go south. We will firm up our plans and make reservations today or tomorrow at the latest.
