I agree with ageless. We found the Little Big Horn Monument very interesting, but it was only an half day visit at the most. Same with Mount Rushmore but we were impressed with the after dark ceremony. The KOA in West Glacier was outstanding. But be careful of your route. Your rig is probably too long to go over the Going to the Sun Road.
Fishing Bridge and Colter Bay RV Campground in Yellowstone and Tetons are great but make your reservations now.
According to info on the Grand Teton site Fishing Bridge closes in mid-Sept and Coulter Bay does not have fire rings thus Headwaters.Thanks for the info about "Going to the Sun" in 2012 we did a number of parks starting with Capital Reef. We went across 70 through Denver shortly after leaving Denver I noticed the TV acting very sluggish thought I was having engine trouble....turned out it was just the altitude, at around 11,000 ft the thin air was causing a problem. When I dropped below 10,000 the power returned.
