SeaLife Center, Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, Riley Creek CG with visit to dog kennels are all things that the kids will love. I would not do the bus ride or a glacier tour. I have observed the kids on these two adventures (I'm a retired teacher) and I think they are just too long and not enough action.
Someone mentioned driving while kids would be sleeping. That would be good and with the amount of light that you will have, you can cover quite a bit of ground and save the non-sleeping (kids) time for the adventures. You adults will probably be wiped out, but in the end you will feel better if the kids are happy and having a good time. Kids don't give a flip about scenery. They want action and wildlife. When we took the bus ride back into Denali, we saw very little wildlife, but we did get to listen to lots of unhappy/bored kids. I would not spend any time in Anchorage.
