Need recommendations for Arizona, New Mexico trip

We are planning a trip where we have never been before and would like some advice and suggestions. The wife and I retired this summer and have a 2017 Ford dually diesel 4X4 and a 34 foot 5th wheel....

All the concerns expressed about lack of fuel stops is why I have an in bed tank. Total fuel capacity is now 84 gal. I can pick and choose where to fuel up and most times can drive through high cost areas
