Need recommendations for Arizona, New Mexico trip

We are planning a trip where we have never been before and would like some advice and suggestions. The wife and I retired this summer and have a 2017 Ford dually diesel 4X4 and a 34 foot 5th wheel....

Sounds like a great trip. Weather in AZ. is great in April. We have had no trouble traveling from Az. to Idaho in April. If you plan to stay near Boise, be sure to check availability and probably reserve. Just my opinion, but only a month will just let you see a small part of what is out there. Sometimes the trip is better than the destination, slow up and enjoy.
