Since you are FT I'll assume six month starting in the south and working north. In NM I'd add after 8 the Chamma Railroad and then across southern CO to Durango and then to Mesa Verde. I'd skip Four Corners and go straight to Moab. I would add Bryce to the Zion area and after Zion I'd go to the N Rim... not that far away.
I am not a desert person including the high desert so I'd spend more time on the OR coast with a day trip to Crater's Lake and probably skip 23, 24, & 25. Agree with Evergreen Air/space and more time on the Columbia River.
Unless you are going to spend a week or longer on Vancouver Island I'd leave it in Anacortes and take the toad and use hotels. Once in Canada I'd stay in Canada. I would spend more time north of Baniff and do a day trip on the Ice roads Parkway.
After the Tetons I'd go through Lander and the Sinks Canyon SP. I'd include the Wind River area and a day trip to Thermopolis/Dinosaur. I would drop down to Steamboat Springs and then over to Grand Lake and RMNP.
Looks like a great six month trip.
