Tijuana to San Diego, San Ysidro.
Be prepared for long waits, from an hour, to more than three and a half.
Friend of mine came trough in a car, he was in line for 3 hours and 18 minutes, from before the bridge over the Tijuana river to the booth.
The construction, is going to be fiknished in 2015, so be patient.
