New Caney going S thru or around Houston - route??

Howdy!

As stated above you're better off timing the traffic between 10:00am and 2:00 pm. If you don't care about the tolls take the beltway 8 but you can pay to set in traffic at times. The 610 is under construction around the 290 area and can be problem recently. I personaly would just drive straight throuh on 59. Once you get through the downtown 288 area you good to go.
