New highway south from Nuevo Laredo?
The 2015 Guia Roji shows a new highway named 2D that looks like it replaced the libre 85 to Monterrey but it ends at the bottom of the page and does not continue on the next page. It's been two years...

This is the main SCT page where maps can be found - cartografia - they seem to keep changing it but if you save this one and the words they use it can usually be found again - you would think they would find a way to change the webpage without changing the address all the time - this is at least the fourth time I have had to find it again when my save address does not work.
