New highway south from Nuevo Laredo?
The 2015 Guia Roji shows a new highway named 2D that looks like it replaced the libre 85 to Monterrey but it ends at the bottom of the page and does not continue on the next page. It's been two years...

Highway 2 runs West to East parallel to the border, the one that runs South is 85 and 85D, when you see the letter D after the number that indicates that it is a toll road, a simple number means it is a "libre" non payment.
