New highway south from Nuevo Laredo?
The 2015 Guia Roji shows a new highway named 2D that looks like it replaced the libre 85 to Monterrey but it ends at the bottom of the page and does not continue on the next page. It's been two years...

Thanks Briansue. I'll stick with 85. Mexico seems to follow US & Canada with the even numbered routes being east/west and the odd numbered routes going north/south making this 2D even more odd since it definitely is a North/South route.
