New highway south from Nuevo Laredo?
The 2015 Guia Roji shows a new highway named 2D that looks like it replaced the libre 85 to Monterrey but it ends at the bottom of the page and does not continue on the next page. It's been two years...

Personally I find Guia Roji to be not very useful - opinions vary. Very limited information. We use GPS. Also look at the SCT maps. I think the red is 85 and the green is 85D.
