New highway south from Nuevo Laredo?
The 2015 Guia Roji shows a new highway named 2D that looks like it replaced the libre 85 to Monterrey but it ends at the bottom of the page and does not continue on the next page. It's been two years...

I use Google Maps. You can go to the picture and look at it from the air.
Don't you have to have some sort of internet to do that? We also use Google Earth as well as street view in GE. But if we can't be online we need a GPS with the latest maps. In Mexico we need to be able to find our way even when we cannot get any kind of internet connection.
