The only troubles you might have are
Binghamton, NY where they are rebuilding 81-17 and it is sometimes a crawl.
between Scranton and South of Wilkes Barre where it is always congested and being rebuilt
and from Frackville South to almost the junction with 78.
Hit them all wrong and it can add 5-6 hours to the trip.
