84 to 81 will not take you through Binghamton, port jervis does have construction and near Scranton airport but still 2 lanes open. I see no reason for a lay over on route but if needed, Mohegan Sun just south of Scranton would be better choice than Flying J at Gibson, 219. Just don't know the policy at casino.
