We just spent the Labor Day weekend at Hersheypark Camping Resort. Made reservations about one month before, don't know what they might have available for your trip. Nice shuttle is free from the CG to the Amusement Park. Water park features closed after Labor Day, but the other rides might be worth your visit, if that's your cup of tea.
