Also wanted to add that Seven Winds in Liberal is a Passport America Park. It sounds like they have added Wifi and cable since we stayed there in 2010. Still gets mixed reviews.
Seven Winds used to be B&B. The guy that owns/owned it was a grouchy SOS he didn't get along with anyone. He had a stroke and I don't know if he is still alive. A couple of his kids came from AR to run the place and were going to try to make some improvements. They changed the name because it had such a bad reputation because of the ol man. The granddaughter is running the place. They did make the cable TV work and installed a working Wi-Fi. I will find out in late June if anything is new
