I think he used Baja Winters. A more intimate choice is Baja Amigos. They restrict it to 6 rigs and the owner does tours in a multi-passenger van he uses to tow his own trailer. Those are the main 2 outfits doing Baja now after Barry of Baja & Back died on a trip 2 years ago.
There are 4 outfits I am aware of doing mainland caravans this year (Non French), they are Adventure, Caravanas de Mexico, Amigos Rodantes & Fantasy. I think Vagabundos still so some as well.
Actually on edit, Brian Fearon, the writer of that article, works for Adventure who also do Baja. I recognized his name, he has also written articles in RV Snowbird magazine as well as RV West.
