Those links are fine and I thank you for them. But what if I'm in a place without an Internet connection? I'm looking for something I can get off a radio. (I don't know if I'll be bring my own Internet connection with me or not, at this point.)

There are commercial sites too, but Environment Canada is the government site as you can tell from "gc.ca".

Check for satellite site and Canadian Hurricane center too.
