Nogales AZ overnight nearest the border crossing?

Hey Everyone, Can you all recommend a good spot to overnight close to the Mariposa crossing? We hope to make Nogales tomorrow afternoon and prefer staying closer to the border that De Anza or Mount...

Geez! What kind of illegal activity takes place at that hell-hole Pilot station. Not a gated community, perhaps, but still, is it really unsafe? We usually have dinner at the Cow Palace in Amado and then spend a quiet night at the Pilot before our early run at the border.
