NS on the 22 of Aug, Reservations?

Question

We hope to arrive in Nova Scotia  around August 22, will sites be in short supply?  We are only 24 feet long. With the exchange I don't know how things are this year. We went about 5 years ago with the big rig and I had made reservations well ahead of time but thought  maybe I could make them just a few days ahead this late in the season.  I know 1 ferry is down and plan to call them next week. Thx for any info.

Best $ to/from PEI are ferry to and bridge from. You pay when you leave. Bridge costs less.

Check fuel prices all 3 Maritime provinces. All are regulated. If it's a week when PEI is less, it will pay you to tank up. Likewise in NB or NS.

I'm not going to guess reservations. Figures on visitors from US are high because of exchange rate and maybe our dry summer. Forest fires in NS appear to be solved.
