Talleyho. As I said. She is not in an RV. Just a car. The seatbelt thing was a shakedown. Happens to unsuspecting new travelers sometimes. We have been all over the country in our travel trailer for the past 25 years so not news to us.
I have been in contact with her and so far she is still deciding what to do. And staying put without driving. On the gulf coast, toll roads are not as plentiful as central and west coast Mexico.
Belize border def not an option. Long ways south.
