I dislike Mordidia and have never paid any official. But what would you do if presented with 2 options? 1. You pay someone say $100 to get a permit. 2. You drive for 2 days. Alone. In a country where you are not comfortable. pay for your permits. Drive 2 days back to your destination. Principals are great but?????
