no real questions yet, we're on 5 week trip from sw Ontario to the maritimes, furthest point will be cape Breton done it before but I thought id share our places we stop and anybody can add suggest...

& BTW have you picked up the offshore islands on your rambles: Campobello, Deer Island, Grand Manan. There is the direct ferry to Grand Manan and the one from Campobello, Deer Island, then Grand Manan.
& from my memory, granted good eats and camping on Campobello, bestest of the eats source is THE BAKERY on Grand Manan. Essential to be there before opening hour.

we have been there before, the deer island ferry is free but towing a trailer on deer island would be hairy!! good day trip from st Andrews though
the little ferry from deer island to Campobello is also a nice trip, drive down the beach and onto the ferry!
