We finally saw a Moose. Beautiful majestic animal came up to the motorhome and then took off for the pond behind the motorhome. I have to say that Toad River was a beautiful stay. Granted nothing out here but the sites have full hook-ups, cable, excellent Wi-Fi and beautiful scenery. They have birdhouses on all the trees so even just sitting and watching all the beautiful birds is great. Not to mention the wildlife. Beautiful peaceful two day stay. So if you want to slow down a bit and relax this is a great place to do it.
Back-in sites have sewer. Pull-thru do not (yet). They are upgrading. They do have a dump, restaurant and cabins on the lake.
