I believe Scotiabank doesn't charge anything for in-branch Scotia ATM if you have Scotiabank account. According to them - even when the ATM is in another country or it's not a Scotia ATM but the one within "Global Alliance". Any confirmation of this?
When we traveled to Mexico we had a Canadian Scotiabank account and I withdrew $$ from it at the Scotiabank ATM in Tepic, I don't recall being charged any fees.
