Hone, the question is, how many RVers know about these licensing requirements. When I had to get the AR, a friend in Alberta had written to me and mentioned the change. Then a year later when I was 3 days away from the road test, because of my age and being lumped in with commercial drivers, he wrote me and informed me that the rules had changed again. That's when I cancelled the road test, dropped back down to a D and dropped the Z endorsement I had for many years. I guess one would have to go to the MOT web site every single day to see what idiotic rules they make and change for RVers, because I never saw word one in the papers here. I'll tell you one thing, when I wrote to the then Minister, I wasn't very kind in what I had written. I know she got my point because she wrote me back when I said that she would never see the emails. There, I was in a good mood and now I'm snarly again. :)
