portliz, you're right but when I went in to up my RGW to 11000 kilos and finally got the person to acknowledge the exemption because I'm under 6000 kilos CVWR and I gave her my weight from the door, she put down 11000 kilos on the weight exemption part. She just did not understand the difference between CVWR & RGW. By that time I was ready to start using my mouth but decided to leave the place before I got thrown out or worse. It sure is a pain to try and explain to the outfit that should know. I even had the phone number and extension with name for her to call at the MTO but she wouldn't.
