What is the best and least hills to go from interstate 5 to Bend OR and best then down to Klamath falls?

- Us 26 from Gresham has always been my favorite. The climb is shorter. Other wise Weed straight up 97
- What part of I-5, northern southern or mid state?
OR 22 would be a good choice from around Salem.
You will be crossing the Cascades on any route.
South from Bend you would be on US 97
