Did you see if the Hershey School for Boys was still there? My Uncle Dan (departed two years ago) was raised there. His single Mother could not afford to raise him so he went there as a toddler and then she took him back when he was a tween. It was free for them. He then had a wonderful life back with his Mother and was married to my Aunt Lois for over 50 years.
