Out of Country Travel Insurance - Travel to US

Anyone have a policy that covers pre-existing conditions? Doctor ordered a CAT scan and I discovered that it is considered a "treatment" with my current policy even if the results are negative. I have...

We've used this for several years. Has small coverage for unstable pre-existing conditions at extra premium. Don't know how responsive to claims. TuGo is a new brand name of Travel Underwriters.
