Out of Country Travel Insurance - Travel to US

Anyone have a policy that covers pre-existing conditions? Doctor ordered a CAT scan and I discovered that it is considered a "treatment" with my current policy even if the results are negative. I have...

I do have coverage for pre-existing conditions but because of the CAT scan I am now UNSTABLE regardless of the results.

Any testing or investigation is considered TREATMENT.
