Out of Country Travel Insurance - Travel to US

Anyone have a policy that covers pre-existing conditions? Doctor ordered a CAT scan and I discovered that it is considered a "treatment" with my current policy even if the results are negative. I have...

The plan we are looking at covers "UNSTABLE" pre-existing conditions up to $150,000 dollars. Quest Bronze plan with the stability rider. This is the only plan that I have found that covers UNSTABLE conditions. My other plan covers everything else. My decision will depend on a normal CAT scan and the advice of my doctor. Thanks for all the replies.
