Out of Country Travel Insurance - Travel to US

Anyone have a policy that covers pre-existing conditions? Doctor ordered a CAT scan and I discovered that it is considered a "treatment" with my current policy even if the results are negative. I have...

Just got a credit card replacement from Superstore/PC Financial, and noticed it includes a million dollars in travel emergency medical insurance. I suppose it is worth nothing. Also rental car insurance when the credit card is used to pay the rental fee. I wonder if that is worth anything?
