Out of Country Travel Insurance - Travel to US

Anyone have a policy that covers pre-existing conditions? Doctor ordered a CAT scan and I discovered that it is considered a "treatment" with my current policy even if the results are negative. I have...

We used to get free travel insurance with our Royal Bank premium credit card.
It was only good up until age 60 or maybe 65 though. I too have the new PC Financial card but did not notice the travel emergency medical insurance. Will definitely check up on that one. Gee if I save up enough points, it will be free! Ha!
Nothing is ever truly free.
