Out of Country Travel Insurance - Travel to US

Anyone have a policy that covers pre-existing conditions? Doctor ordered a CAT scan and I discovered that it is considered a "treatment" with my current policy even if the results are negative. I have...

We are from BC and use Pacific Blue Cross.
They have all out records through the provincial plan
and they have said a lot of things are NOT pre-existing.
I had a ruptured aortic aneuryism and they accepted it.
