FWIW, for 2.5 years, I rotated Houston-Anchorage (now mostly Houston again :( )
About 1/2 of my Houston-rotations (2-3 weeks in duration), I put my truck in the Long Term lot at the airport (the other 1/2, I was able to leave it at the house). My suggestion would be to make sure that they airport parking lot can take your motorhome (i.e. enough room and access), but if they have space, leave it at the airport.
I've never had an RV in Alaska, but FWIW, I'd never leave it at any of the campgrounds around Anchorage...either public or private. If the airport can't do it, I'd ask one of the storage places rather than a CG. Opinion only, though.
