Overnight stop between Twin Falls and Salt Lake area

We have stayed in the parking lot across from the Flying J in Snowville. It was closed for awhile but is back open and there is very little truck traffic there. We park towards the back on the north side and have never been bothered by trucks. Also, a couple of very good family restaurants are just north of the parking lot.
