We arrived in Ciudad Satelite Mexico City in July, we had the full intention of importing the toad, surprise, surprise no vehicles bellow 2008 can be imported period, unless you want to pay one and a half of the blue book, guess what they use the on line blue book of course the higher price not the lowest, we are buying a vehicle here, no more running to the border for us.
