Yes. As of 6 years ago. I lived there. As a matter of fact we are heading that way in about 9 days from MA to I-81, via Stoudsburg Rt. 33 to 78.

Yes - it's just commercial trucks that are prohibited. We've towed our 36' fifth wheel through there a number of times. Beautiful ride, too.

I have taken my motorhome with toad through there many times. Never a problem. However, I know commercial vehicles (18 wheelers) are prohibited except for local deliveries. Go for it.

One other thing.....OBEY THE SPEED LIMIT. It is strictly enforced.
