I've had the pleasure of driving from VA to Elkhart IN and back twice in the past week. I've been interested in getting around quickly, so I've not avoided any toll roads. Over $300 in tolls with my MH and toad. Crazy.

Used our EZ Pass in IL, IN, OH, PA, NY and MA. Something wrong with yours.

Eureka !! maybe the battery is low , ,or getting low...

Why wont it ?? My Pa EZ pass works everywhere except Florida on their Sun Pass roads . . ??? Not 100% sure about Indiana but pretty sure .

It just wouldn't read it. We went to the window with it in hand each time and they were able to scan the bar code and charge it. But none of the readers picked it up.

Go to an EZPass service facility (we have one in Dover, DE) They can scan it to check output signal strength and battery condition. They were the ones who told me I needed metal behind it to be sure I got the best output Once I put a piece of sheet metal behind it I haven't had another problem.

By the way, EZPass doesn't work on Oklahoma turnpikes either.

PA Turnpike charges by # of axles and weight. No credit cards. Cash or EZPass only. Our two axle Class B pays a higher rate than cars or vans and ours is all determined by weight with scales at each toll booth.
