Paper Money - Old v New Pesos
Are BOTH of these versions valid and usable? Something in the back of my mind that I read about old currency no longer usable...

Tried to use one of the non polymer bills and it was refused - date on bill was 2007. Was told to take it to bank, haven't tried it yet though.
