Parks Hwy closed north of Anchorage AK - WILDFIRE-June 14

I was just about three miles north of the Wasilla Airport at noon today. The smoke is bad. A sign said the Parks Hiway was closed at mile 64, but FB says they're using pilot cars and letting people through. If you're heading to Denali today, I wouldn't. Just the smoke inhalation alone will make it a tough trip, even if you do get through. The wait was over 30 minutes last I heard. That's a long time to sit in thick smoke. The Mat-Su Valley now has a smoky haze, but not too bad yet.
