Turnpike to I70. Straight shot. Lots of up and down. Pleasant drive. If you really wanted to avoid the tolls you could use the Turnpike to I81 south to I70 west to I68 west to I79 north back to I70 and on to Columbus. Personally, I'd pay the tolls.
