My boss is headed to the head office of banjercito in Mexico City next week to try and get clarification.
The issue with this is if the information is disseminated to all Banjercito offices and that it is included in the "oficio" and documented. Without the rule in hand, the person's decision means nothing.
Each Banjercito office has it's own director and they make final decisions when it is not in the "reglamento".
This isn't about rvers, this is about a type of truck that falls under certain criteria. Clarification is one thing, changes to the rules for a few rvers is another. I truly wish him luck and it would be a great thing is the rule is changed or clarified to allow these vehicles to pass under the current rules.
